What you’ll do
The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the QA framework within the organization, ensuring all processes, products, and services meet internal and external quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive quality initiatives, and support a culture of excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant with all applicable standards.
- Prepare and present detailed QA reports to senior leadership.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A relevant certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a QA Manager in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in quality management tools, methodologies, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
