• Daily management of Inbound and outbound customer communication
• Assessing and delivering sound credit decisions while adhering to our market-leading credit policy requirements
• Assisting with new and existing customer enquiries
• Building internal and external relationships by demonstrating superior stakeholder management techniques and customer service skills
