Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to provide my bank statements?

In order for us to complete our credit assessment of your loan application we will need to review at a minimum your last 3 months’ bank statements. This can be done electronically through our trusted service provider Illion in under a minute.

What is a fixed rate loan?

OurMoneyMarket currently only offers fixed rate loans. This means that you will have an affordable fixed scheduled loan repayment that will never increase. In other words, your repayments are set from the day you accept the loan. Surprises belong in parties not in loans.

What will my interest rate be?

OurMoneyMarket offers borrowers a personalised interest rate that is based on their unique circumstances and credit history. To find out what your personalised interest rate is, please take 5 minutes to complete our ‘Quick Rate Quote' form.

OurMoneyMarket’s Quick Rate Quote is a free, no obligation, interest rate estimate that is based off your credit history as reported by OurMoneyMarket’s Credit Bureau of choice.

Completing the Quick Rate Quote form won’t impact your credit score.

Over what term can I borrow?

You can borrow for a term of 3 years, 5 years or 7 years, with weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments.

How much can I borrow?

Depending on your current income and expenses, OurMoneyMarket can provide loans between $5,000 and $35,000.
