How do I change my contact details?

You can change your contact details by logging into your OurMoneyMarket account and clicking on ‘My Account’, and then clicking on 'Contact Details' where you will be able to edit the required fields, before clicking on 'Save'. Alternatively, you can call 1300 990 115.

How do I change my password?

We get this question all the time. You can change your password by logging into your OurMoneyMarket account and clicking on ‘My Account’, you will notice a sub-heading titled ‘New Password’. Enter your new password and your current password under ‘Current Password’. Confirm your new password under ‘Confirm New Password’ and then click ‘Save’.

If you have forgotten your password and can’t log into your account, click the “Forgot your password?” link located under the Login page. You will then have to answer your Security Question to reset your password.

How do I verify my email address?

We will have sent an email to your nominated email address. In this email there will be a click-through link that will allow you to verify your email address. If you’ve checked your inbox and it’s not there, please check if the email is in your spam filter, or alternatively you can request a new email be sent through your account settings or by contacting us on 1300 990 115.

How do I make a complaint?

How do I unsubscribe from OurMoneyMarket emails?

Simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email if you don’t wish to receive marketing and promotional material from us.

You cannot, however, unsubscribe from emails that are specific to your OurMoneyMarket account and transactions.
